BJ's Property Maintenance was established in 1999 by Bruce Crabtree.
I pride myself on being both the owner & operator of my business. Each day I personally visit jobs, mow lawns, maintain gardens, clean unit blocks & work with owners to ensure their needs are met.
I have several people working for me who are experienced, fully trained, pay attention to detail, and take pride in the work they do. All hold Horticultural and/or Landscaping qualifications.
This provides several significant benefits to our customers:
· We have extensive experience in all aspects of maintaining Strata properties
· All jobs are regularly checked by someone with extensive knowledge and
experience
· Customers have regular face to face contact with the business owner
· Feedback and comments will be listened to & actioned
· Any issues or urgent matters that arise can be dealt with immediately
· We offer a professional approach to our work, and are open and honest in
our dealings
The quality of our work is very important to us, and customers are contacted on a regular basis to ensure they are receiving the service they have been promised.
To ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service, we have completed the Strata Services Accreditation Program run by the Institute of Strata Title Management (ISTM). For peace of mind we have full Public Liability insurance and are OH&S certified.
We are registered with Trades Monitor who verify that we are insured; have the correct type of cover; and provide evidence of renewals.
Finally, we understand that no two properties are the same. We will take the time to listen to your requirements, and provide you with a detailed quote that meets your properties individual needs.
