BJ's Property Maintenance was established in 1999 by Bruce Crabtree.

Each day Bruce is out there mowing lawns, maintaining gardens, cleaning unit
blocks & working with owners corporations to ensure their needs are being met.

Being an owner operated business provides several significant benefits

Insurance and OH&S

For peace of mind we hold full Public Liability insurance, and have been OH&S certified.

We are also registered with Trades Monitor who are used by a large number of strata companies to handle their contractor compliance.

Trades Monitor verify that we are insured, have the correct type of cover, and provide evidence of renewals.
