A lot of potential customers email us to ask questions, clarify something, or request more information on the various strata services that we offer.

What areas do you operate in?

We work on the North Shore, the Ryde/Eastwood/Gladesville areas, Hills District, Sydney city, the Inner West and Western Sydney, including Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith and Windsor.  For a detailed list see our WORK AREA page.

What is the procedure for getting a quote ? How long does it take to get the quote ?

To request a quote either complete our QUOTE REQUEST form or call us. Once the quote request is received you will be contacted to discuss your request. A convenient time will then be arranged with you to meet at the property to go through your specific requirement. 

Once the quote is ready we can send it to you by email, fax or post. Most quotes are sent within 24 hours of visiting the property. If the quote is complicated (we need more information, have to get prices on plants or materials), we will send it as soon as possible - usually within 2-3 days. Over the last year, 98% of our quotes were in the customers hand within 24 hours of meeting them onsite. 

Are you insured ?

Yes. We have fully Public Liability insurance cover and have been OH&S certified. A copy of our policy will be provided to your Managing Agent on acceptance of our quote.

Do you service small or large properties ?

We have the ability to maintain a variety of different sized properties - small, medium or large.

Which strata companies do you work for ?

Some of the companies we maintain properties for include: Strata Partners, Bright & Duggan, O'Connors, NSW Strata, Clisdells, Guardian, Strata Title Mgmt, The Strata Agency and Stanton & Taylor. We also look after a number of self managed properties.
