Thank you for taking the time to come out and meet with me a few weekends ago. I found you to be very professional, you took the time to explain things to me and your quote was thorough.

Unfortunately, at the meeting last week, it was decided that we will be going with the services of another provider at this stage. However please be advised that this will be for a probationary period - if their service does not match what they have promised us, then I will have no hesitation in recommending that we use your service.

Just to give you an idea, there was very little difference between your quotes, so in the end the decision was not based on a financial basis - I thank you for offering a very competitive price. The main reason was they provide a window cleaning service (upper storeys) and this was in line with our policy of reducing the number of different contractors that we would use onsite.

Bruce, it was lovely to meet you and again I appreciate your time. As I said, I would have no hesitation in recommending you if we become unhappy with the service we've chosen and further to that, I would have no hesitation in recommending you to quote for any of my friends or acquaintances who might be looking to utilise gardening, aintenance and cleaning services in the future."
